Salary: $100.00 USD Hourly - $105.00 USD Hourly
Description
The Judge Group is looking to hire nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in Williamson County, TN area with the largest healthcare provider in the country!
Overview
The pay rates are highly competitive and the schedules are extremely flexible, and can be part time or full time depending on your need. (Visits can be scheduled Monday-Sunday at any time around your current schedule). This position is W2.
A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in-home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length.

Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted NP license
- Minimum 6 months experience working as an NP
- Family, Geriatrics, or Adult certification required.
- AANP or ANCC board certification required
