Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - 1099 Contractor, Flexible Schedule

Clementine Atlanta, part of Monte Nido & Affiliates, is seeking a PMHNP with experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor. This is a great opportunity for a nurse practitioner who is passionate about supporting adolescents in recovery from eating disorders in a highly collaborative and compassionate environment.

Position Details:

• 1099 contractor position with flexible hours

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations.
• Meet weekly with patients for ongoing follow-up sessions.
• Maintain current and correct progress notes.
• Psychotropic medication management.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed.
• Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.
• Provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.
• Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility, and practice within the scope of a PMHNP.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing on a PMHNP track, at minimum, from an accredited program.
• Board Certified by the ANCC as PMHNP.
• Current license as APRN or PCNS, or be license-eligible.
• Must hold or obtain CPR / BLS certificate prior to providing services.
• New graduates are welcome; experience is highly desired, and we consider clinical rotations and/or practica to be clinical experience.
