I am seeking a preceptor for my next term, beginning in February 2025.

I have two rotations remaining in the acute care area.
The ideal preceptor must cover any acute care hospital settings, critical care units, or ERs and provide 160 hours over a rotation of 9-11 weeks, but they can't be FNPs.
160 hours; minimum 80 patients;13 and older with acute, critical, or significant exacerbation of preexisting disease states (each rotation).

I have one rotation remaining in the older adult area.
The ideal preceptor must cover acute care settings (hospitalist, intermediate care unit, or step-down unit); inpatient palliative care services; inpatient comprehensive rehabilitation unit; inpatient long-term acute care hospital; or ACE (acute care for elderly) unit; they cannot be FNP.
160 hours; minimum 120 patients; patients 65+
